Group Running: Come run with us during the Tri Training Program run times! Meet up outside at the front entrance of the Y at the run times listed above. Swimming: In the summer there are many open water group swims. In fall winter and spring we offer coached swimming in out triathlon training classes. In August and September 2007 we also offered a weekly Triracers Triathlon-Masters Swimming Series. Individual Coaching: If you want to progress at a faster rate, need accountability, or want to make the most of your limited time, you may want to hire a coach. Mike Garton is a USA Triathlon Level II coach and USA Cycling Level II coach, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, and FIST Certified Bike Fitter.
